Ray, who works in our Transformation Team said:

“I was lucky enough to be asked to contact all our care homes after they had laptops delivered in order to help guide them through getting started on Skype.”

The team created a getting started guide to go along with the equipment and Ray followed up with any homes that needed a little confidence boost when using the new equipment, he also got them going on their first calls. 

Ray said:

“This was a truly heart-warming project to be involved in.

“Bringing isolated residents in contact with their loved ones at this difficult time was such a nice task to be given during my early lockdown days working from home. “
