The project – Brave New World – is creating a snapshot of Derbyshire during the coronavirus pandemic and features local residents, landscapes and scenes.

Tony said:

“Before lock down began I was engaged as a photographic artist on a three year project with Arts Council England to explore Loneliness, Isolation and Well Being all over the UK, especially Derbyshire.

“This was to produce work to be featured in exhibitions in a variety of locations including Derby City and Ilkeston as well as further afield. 

“I'm currently engaged in ‘lockdown’ portraits with an emphasis on positivity, asking participants to have an object that represents something they enjoy or is of importance to them.”
