We know it’s been tough and although a vaccine is in sight, for now we have to keep washing our hands, wearing a face covering and staying apart to stop the spread.

We know that many young people have been doing the right things to keep themselves and their loved ones safe.

And they’re among the hardest hit with restrictions on Derbyshire’s hospitality and tourism industries resulting in job insecurity or even redundancy.

You may have been ‘locked in’ at uni or felt vilified if you weren’t, you might be facing uncertainty over exams or worried about finding work in the future.

Perhaps you’ve helped out in your local community, raised money for charity or maybe you’ve set up a new business which is thriving against all the odds?

However Covid has affected you, if you are aged 18 to 30 and live in Derbyshire we’d like to hear from you.

We want to feature your real-life stories in videos on social media to highlight your good - and bad - experiences of living through this epidemic.

By listening to you, we hope to encourage others to keep doing the right thing for Derbyshire.
